Place Return/Exchange request

At Desi Roots, Global Reach, we aim to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a defective item, you can easily place a return or exchange request within 15 days of delivery. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to Your Account

    • Go to the Desi Roots, Global Reach website and log in to your account.
    • Navigate to the “My Orders” section.
  2. Select the Order

    • Find the order you want to return or exchange and click on it.
    • Click the “Return/Exchange” button next to the item.
  3. Choose Return or Exchange

    • Select whether you want to return or exchange the item.
    • If choosing exchange, mention the size, color, or other variant you would like in place of the original item.
  4. Provide Reason for Return/Exchange

    • Select a reason for the return or exchange from the given options (e.g., size issue, defective item, etc.).
    • You can also add additional comments if necessary.
  5. Confirm Your Request

    • Review the details and click on the “Submit” button to place your request.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your return or exchange request.
  6. Prepare the Item for Pickup

    • Pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
    • Our delivery partner will pick up the item within 2-3 working days.
  7. Refund or Replacement Process

    • Once the returned item passes the quality check, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
    • If you opted for an exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched after the quality check of the returned item.

Important Guidelines

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Customized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Combo offers need to be returned as a whole set.
