- We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 will incur a nominal shipping fee.
- Delivery dates provided are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
- We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Custom-made items, such as customized T-shirts, are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- For canceled orders, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
