10.Shipping Policy

At Lenobux, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. This includes ensuring that our products are deliveres to you in a timely and efficient manner.

1. Shipping Details

• Shipping Carrier: We use Ship Rocket to deliver our products.
• Shipping Time: Our standard shipping time is 3-7 business days for deliveries.We will deliver your product within 5 to 7 days. 
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product, as well as the shipping destination.
• Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

11.Cancellation and Refund

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please contact our customer support tream. We will try to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund once the order has been shipped.

• You can initiate for the return within 7 days of delivery
• Refund - Once the refund request is approved, The Refunded Amount will be processed and credited within 10 days to the original mode of payment.
